She boasts a spacious climate controlled bunk room, forward shower rooms with two vanity sinks and plenty of room to clean up after a day of exploring. The galley is a full sized catering kitchen ready to cook whatever meal you desire. A wrap around salon with bench seating seats 40 people comfortably for family style or buffet meals.

Where she really shines is the dive deck. Easy access to the water from 3 dive doors and the swim platform on the stern bring you closer to the water for easy on and off.  Watch the islands from the sundeck while we make our way around the beautiful landscape of the National Park.

The Vision has plenty of room to get away, but she’s intimate enough that all on board become family while underway.

The swim platform off the stern makes getting on and off of the kayaks easy for all ages. This is a huge benefit of an Anacapa Caves and Coves Adventure, as we do not need to launch through waves on a rocky beach to start or finish our kayaking trip.

On all crossings, Channel Islands Expeditions crew are at watch for all sorts of marine wildlife. Dolphins swim over to her while underway to surf the pressure wake, a site that never gets old! Whales are also common to view along the way, and we always stop to hang out with these guys. On special occasions, we will shut off all engines and float with the ocean while listening to the chirps and songs of the whales.

The Sunfish has been visiting these islands for 50+ years and she is ready to take you on your first, second, or twelfth visit!
